Clarion Futures, supported by Yellow Brick Road, will be holding 2 workshops to help those who are about to change to Universal Credit manage their finances whilst the changes come in and once its been fully completed. Remember that most benefits are currently paid every 2 weeks and the introduction of UC will mean that your benefits will change to a 4 weekly payment.

This summer we will be installing Wi-Fi in all of our 36 Libraries. This means that when you visit the library you can bring your own laptop, tablet or smartphone and connect to our Wi-Fi for free. Look out for the logo in your library or check your local library webpage.

A number of help sessions for computer beginners are being held in Haywards Heath Library next month. It is part of the service’s new Computer Buddies scheme which looks to support people with little or no knowledge of using PCs. The free hour-long sessions, starting in mid-January, are being run twice-a-week by experts volunteering in the area.
